After losing touch as most of us did when high school was over, I re-connected with Bob in 1995, and for 10 years we did volunteer work together.  Bob was the camp director for a Wisconsin camp for burn injured children, and I worked as a camp counselor/psychologist.  Bob was extremely dedicated and worked tirelessly to improve the lives of children who had suffered burns-something he knew a lot about.  He was amazingly creative and terribly funny.  The kids loved him at camp.  One of the most popular activities was called, "Jog with Bob".  It was always amazing to me how many kids got up early after staying up late just to go jogging with him.  I will always remember him as a caring, gracious individual, who gave willingly and selflessly.  He was well loved by all who knew him.
