West Allis – Bruce Giese, 68, passed away June 28, 2022, at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center.  He was born June 24, 1954, to Ralph and Stella (Feit) Giese.  He graduated from Custer High School in 1972 and went on to work for AO Smith at age 18.  He retired from there as Facilities Manager.  Bruce served three years in the Air Force.  Bruce loved to play golf and even had a documented hole in one.  He also did a lot of traveling, especially to Florida for the Daytona 500. 

Bruce is survived by his beloved companion of 30 years, Jan Schumacher; siblings, Linda (Ron) Richter and Brian (Jan) Giese; nieces and nephews, Jason, Jessica, and Ryan Richter, Ashley and Austin Giese; and many friends.

Bruce will be buried (in a graveside service) at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery (21731 Spring Street, Union Grove, WI) on Thursday July 21, 2022, at 3 pm with full military honors.
