Jacqueline Ann Blatz “Jackie” nee Klapoetke, Born to life on July 19, 1954, born to eternal life on September 30, 2019.

Jackie is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Jeff, the love of her life; her devoted children; Kathi, Lisa, Bonnie (John) and Tom (Joel) and her grandchildren who she adored: Joey, Elissa and baby Joshua.   She is further survived by her siblings Cindy (John) Patrick, John (Andy) Klapoetke-Reese; Jim (Patty) Klapoetke and Tom (Brenda) Klapoetke, and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Shirley Klapoetke.

Jackie will be remembered for her immeasurable strength, unwavering commitment to family, her passion for the outdoors, especially fishing, and her beloved Brewers baseball. Jackie  bravely battled cancer for many years with fierce courage and a positive attitude no matter the circumstances.

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team at Froedtert and Horizon Hospice for their exemplary support and care in particular, Stacy her RN, in Jackie’s final days at home with her family.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 4, 2019 at 5 PM at St. Gabriel Catholic Church 1200 St. Gabriel Way, Hubertus.
