Passed away Wed. May 20, 1987 at Mt. Sinai Green Tree Hospice (in Milwaukee, WI) Age 32 yrs.  Loving son of June M(nee Shaw) and the late William J., beloved brother of Mark (Kathy), Scott (Connie), and twin sister Dawn.  Further survived by nephews Justin and Jeffrey, nieces Beth and Julia. 

Memorial Mass on Mon. May 25 at 7pm at Our Lady of Good Hope Church, 41st and Good Hope Rd.  Cremation arrangements by John G Borgwardt Funeral Home, 1603 S. 81st Str, West Allis.  Burial is at Resurrection Cemetery and Mausoleum in Mequon, Ozaukee Co., WI.

Dennis was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Pharmacy School and the Director of Pharmacy, Cermak Health Services in Chicago for the past 7 years.
