"Found peace Thu March 26, 1998 at the age of 43 yrs.  Loving son of Lee A. and Ethel M. Jordan, brother of James E. (Carmene) Jordan.  Further survived by 10 aunts, 6 uncles, and 5 great-aunts and a host of cousins and friends.

(A memorial service will be held at Living Word Church in NYC on Sun. Apr 5, 1998)

Visitation today from 3-7pm at Northwest Funeral Chapel  O'Bee, Ford and Frazier, 6630 W. Hampton Ave. 

Funeral on Mon. Mar 30, 1998 at 11am at Northwest Funeral Chapel as well.  

Interment at WISCONSIN MEMORIAL PARK on Tue Mar 31, 1998 at 10am."
